  • “Operator” refers to Hajj Maqbool Inc DBA Caravan 72.
  • “Customer” refers to the individual or group booking the tour.
  1. Booking and Payment
  • All bookings must be made through our official website..
  • A refundable deposit of $2000 is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be received by announced date.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Refunds will be processed as follows:
    • Full Refund if canceled before Uploading funds to NUSUK.
    • Refund for cancellations made after uploading funds to NUSUK will only be made after funds are returned from NUSUK.
  1. Travel Documentation
  • Customers must ensure they have valid passports.
  • The Operator is not responsible for issues arising from invalid or expired documents.
  1. Changes to Itinerary
  • The Operator reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
  1. Liability
  • The Operator is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, except as required by law..
  1. Conduct
  • Customers must comply with local laws and regulations during the tour.
  • The Operator reserves the right to remove any individual from the tour for disruptive behavior without refund.
  1. Health and Safety
  • Customers are responsible for their health and should consult with a physician before travel.
  • The Operator will provide safety guidelines, which must be followed.
  1. Force Majeure
  • The Operator is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, etc.

  • Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
